GymPal is a gym tracker that keeps your training on your phone. No account, no sign-up, nothing sent to a server. Open it and start logging. TRAIN - 873 exercises, each with an animated demo, numbered instructions and a muscle diagram showing what you are working. - Browse by split - Push, Pull, Legs, Core - or search the whole library. Search handles more than one word, so "walking treadmill" finds what you mean. - Filter by muscle and equipment so you only see what your gym actually has. - Log the way the exercise works: weight and reps, reps only, or time and distance for cardio. Every set fills itself in from your last session, so a normal log is a couple of taps. - Add your own exercises with your own photo and notes. - Tap to log with NFC. Stick an NFC sticker on your favourite machine, write the exercise to it once, and tapping your phone on the machine opens straight to the log screen - even with the app closed. Import old photos and they keep their original date, so your history is real. - A before/after slider: pick any two photos, swipe between them, and save the comparison to your gallery. - Weight and BMI over time, with a gauge and category scale. SLEEP AND REMINDERS - A sleep log with bed and wake times that handle past-midnight nights, a nightly goal, a 7-night average and a weekly chart. - Reminders you choose: a workout nudge if you have not trained, water check-ins through the day, and an end-of-day recap. Each toggles separately, and they go quiet once you have hit that goal.
