Dishaank is a mobile GIS application that helps citizens easily identify survey numbers and land details across Karnataka using their mobile GPS location. The application provides access to cadastral maps, land ownership details, survey boundaries, Hissa boundaries, and RTC (Record of Rights, Tenancy, and Crops) information directly on an interactive map. Developed by the Karnataka State Remote Sensing Applications Centre (KSRSAC), Dishaank enhances transparency and simplifies access to land-related information for citizens, officials, and stakeholders. Using Dishaank, users can locate land parcels anywhere in Karnataka, view ownership details, analyze land boundaries, and access additional spatial layers for better understanding of land information. Key Features Cadastral Map Layer • View cadastral boundaries and land parcel information • Access owner details and survey boundaries for current/selected locations • Navigate to any location within Karnataka to view land parcel details • Identify survey and Hissa numbers using your current GPS location Bhoomi Land Beat Layer The Bhoomi Land Beat layer provides information related to land encroachment status, including: • Encroachment Area – Land identified as encroached • Suspect / Pending Verification Area – Areas under verification or suspected encroachment • No Encroachment Area – Land verified as free from encroachment These classifications are displayed using color-coded map layers for easy interpretation.
