Outside Türkiye the app says so plainly instead of pretending those limits are your local law, and it unlocks the catch log so nothing is blocked by rules that do not apply to you. Many species overlap across the Mediterranean, the Black Sea and the eastern Atlantic, so the library is still useful along those coasts, but it is not a local field guide for every country.
