The HealthyRhode mobile app provides a simple and convenient way for you to connect to the programs you have been approved for or are enrolled in through the Rhode Island Department of Human Services and/or HealthSource RI. CREATE AN ACCOUNT Create an account that can be utilized on both the mobile app and the HealthyRhode website. LOGIN with Biometrics on your device to more quickly access your account information. SECURELY retrieve your username or reset your password directly from the mobile app if you have forgotten your username or password. CHECK YOUR BENEFITS See the details of the Human Services and Health Coverage programs you are approved for or are enrolled in. See the status of applications for benefits in process. CHECK THE BALANCE ON YOUR EBT CARD Get real time access to your current EBT Benefits card balance. DASHBOARD See upcoming appointments, alerts, and active benefits of your account on your dashboard. SUBMIT DOCUMENTS See the documents you need to provide for your program eligibility or benefit determination. You can upload documents using your phone’s camera, photo gallery, or a PDF. REVIEW DOCUMENTS See documents that you have previously uploaded within the past year. VIEW ACCOUNT STATEMENTS See the account statements and late notices for your QHP program.
