NepalHRM is an HR mobile app for Nepali businesses with employees and field staff. Use it to log attendance, record client visits, request leave, view your payslip, and stay in touch with your team — all in one app. For employees: • Attendance check-in and check-out with GPS location verification • Field visit logging — record visits to client sites with location and notes • Leave requests, balance tracking, and regularization for missed punches • View payslips and salary history • Team chat with photos and voice notes • Voice calls between teammates inside the app • Push notifications for messages, approvals, and urgent updates • Personal activity dashboard and work-hours summary • Works offline — actions sync automatically when connectivity returns • Nepali language and Bikram Sambat calendar supported • Dark theme optimised for outdoor and field use • Biometric sign-in (FaceID / fingerprint) for faster access For HR teams and managers: NepalHRM mobile is part of the broader NepalHRM product. HR teams use the NepalHRM web dashboard to generate payroll, run statutory deductions (CIT, EPF, SSF), manage leave policies, and view reports. The mobile app delivers the field-staff and employee experience that syncs with that web dashboard. Background location: NepalHRM uses your location to log work-site visits and travel between client locations during your work hours. With your permission, location is also recorded in the background so the visit history is complete even when your phone is locked. You can turn this off at any time in the app or in your phone's settings.
