BUXORO SMART QALQON is an on-device safety app for users in Uzbekistan. It blocks prohibited content, online gambling and fake Telegram login pages, and warns about risky apps from unknown sources. 📄 APP STATUS BUXORO SMART QALQON is an independent project. The developer is a private individual and is not a representative of, affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Supreme Court, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Central Bank or any other government entity of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This app does not provide or facilitate any government service. Government information shown in the app is reproduced from the publicly published official sources listed at the end of this description. 🛡 PROHIBITED-CONTENT FILTERING Works in browsers, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and other apps: • Extremist resources — from the list published by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan (source below) • Pornographic sites, channels, groups and profiles • Online gambling and betting resources (source below) Two guarantees that matter: The app does NOT block search. Neither your query nor the results list is ever blocked, even if prohibited results appear. You are taken back only when you actually open a prohibited resource. Private chats are NEVER blocked. In messengers, blocking uses only the NAME of the opened channel or group — never the message text. 🔗 FAKE TELEGRAM PAGE DETECTION Scammers build pages imitating the Telegram login screen — a prize, a vote, a Premium gift — to steal your account. The app closes them. A Telegram code or password is only ever entered inside Telegram itself; any site asking for it is a fraud. 📱 APP AND PERMISSION AUDIT Installed apps are analysed by permissions and origin; those from outside Google Play are marked separately. Suspicious files can be checked against multiple antivirus engines — only the SHA-256 hash leaves your device. ⛔ UNKNOWN-SOURCE INSTALL BLOCKING When an APK from an unknown source starts installing, the dialog is closed automatically. Can be turned off any time. 👨‍👩‍👧 PARENTAL CONTROL Pair your phone with your child's device using a one-time code and get an alert when prohibited content is opened. 📊 PROTECTION REPORT What was blocked, when and why — extremist, pornographic, gambling and malicious links. 🎓 CYBERSECURITY LESSONS Five lessons on fraud used in Uzbekistan — phishing, vishing, smishing, deepfake voice scams, card-data theft — with a test. 🌐 Uzbek, Russian and English. PRIVACY All analysis happens ON YOUR DEVICE. The app does not read your SMS, contacts, photos or files. The name of a blocked site, channel or group never leaves your phone. Two exceptions, both malware indicators, not your browsing: the domain of a fake Telegram page and the name of an app from an unknown source. Otherwise only the category and the time are sent. The app does not collect your name or phone number at all. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE Filtering uses Android's Accessibility service to read on-screen text. It is required for exactly three features: 1) prohibited-content blocking (in a browser the address and text of the open page; in a messenger the name of the open channel or group); 2) fake Telegram page detection; 3) blocking installs from unknown sources. Private message text is not used. Text is matched in memory and discarded at once — never stored, sent, or used for ads or tracking.
