Damstahl Market Share Analysis for August 2026

Any delivery of steel by Damstahl a/s (hereinafter "Damstahl") to the customer (hereinafter "Customer") shall be made in accordance with these terms and conditions to the extent that they have not been expressly waived or modified by another written agreement. Special purchase conditions or specific requirements for the purchased goods on the part of the Customer, stated for example in the Customer's order or in the Customer's general purchase conditions, tender documents etc. shall not be binding on Damstahl unless Damstahl has expressly accepted such conditions in writing.
