houlihan contracting is a small, family owned and operated business in skagit county. our business was started in 2007 and is owned by myself, travis houlihan, and my wife, summer. we would like to introduce ourselves and share with you the services we can provide. we perform remodels, additions, custom homes, home inspection check lists, insurance claims, ada retrofits, and retail maintenance from the bottom up. our experience ranges from foundations, framing, interior and exterior trim, doors and windows, hardwood floors, tile, siding, roofing, decks, porches, fences, concrete flat work, dry rot repair, tenant improvements, light building repair and home maintenance such as power washing and preventative seasonal maintenance…in a nut shell, just about anything you need done to keep your home well maintained and improved. we are a “hands on” company in every aspect of all projects. from the initial consultation to the final clean up and completion of any job we are available, communicative and engaged with the job and our client. forward thinking construction is our business ideal. what does this mean? it means we are attentive to the visible and not so visible details and it means we aim to be very responsive to your concerns and preferences as well.
