Scaling Up Nutrition Market Share Analysis for July 2026

Good practices help us all to reflect on our nutrition journey, document our progress and capture our lessons learned – including challenges and successes – that we can learn from and that we can share with others to strengthen all of our SUN Country nutrition action. To effectively implement policies and interventions that are aimed at eradicating malnutrition in all its forms in countries, nutrition must be prioritized beyond individual sectors- it will require coordinated effort between various stakeholders. Nigeria has thus developed a coordinated approach to address the nutrition issues across sectors both at national and local levels. This strategy is outlined clearly in the National Multi-sectoral Plan of Action for Food and Nutrition, which resulted in the establishment of the National Council on Nutrition in Nigeria.
