Booking DetailsTo ensure proper safety and minimize the number of people in the facility at any given time, facility rentals are only available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, depending on availability. Friday | 6:00 pm-8:00 pmSaturday | 11:30 am - 1:30 pm or 2:30 pm - 4:30 pmSunday | between the hours of 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm. Private parties are only available on Saturday and Sunday after 5:00 pm The Party Room includes tables and chairs to seat up to 30 guests and an additional table for party essentials. Pool rental includes 20 swimmers. Additional swimmers are available for $3.00 each. The eSports Lounge includes 10 gamers. For additional gamers, renters have to purchase an extra hour. Gym Rentals can be done within the week. Equipment is not provided for gym rentals. Once the facility rental is approved, a $50.00 - $150.00 security deposit will be required within the allotted time. The YMCA is a smoke-free and alcohol-free facility. The renter must use the party room to serve food and beverages. Food and beverages are prohibited in the pool, esports lounge, and gym areas. Additional time for facility rentals will not be available on the day of the event.
