TAKING ACTION - Interaction Log — Log each outreach visit and document individual interactions, including what help was provided, follow-up needs, and help requests for each person you supported. - Community Events — Discover and RSVP to nearby outreach events, or create your own and invite other volunteers to join. - Help Requests — Submit and track help requests for individuals in need, directly from your outreach log.
