Ai CIty Resident App-Analysen für 15. Oktober

AI City Resident brings your apartment building's everyday services together: payments, access, maintenance requests and communication. Your building manager provides your account; available services depend on your building and permissions. PAYMENTS AND REPORTS View charges, balances and payment history. Use supported bank card payment options or submit a transfer receipt for verification. Download statements and view available building reports. Card entry is handled by the bank's payment service. BUILDING ACCESS Use supported Bluetooth door access, manage guest links and answer video-intercom calls. These features require compatible building equipment, enabled services and the relevant phone permissions. AREGA ASSISTANT Ask about your building services and app features. Send a photo of a building issue to prepare an editable maintenance request. Arega can help turn discussions into request or voting proposals and prepare guest access. Review the details and confirm actions; AI responses can be inaccurate. COMMUNITY Follow announcements, chat, join thematic discussions, participate in available polls and votes, and track maintenance requests. REAL ESTATE Explore property offers in a list, grid or map. Filter offers, save searches and favourites, compare listings and contact sellers. View asking-price insights from available listings; these are not an appraisal or completed-sale prices. YOUR ACCOUNT Manage your profile and permitted household or rental arrangements. Use PIN or device biometrics for app lock. Close your account through the app and find data-request options in the privacy policy.
