Symptom Tracker: Diary & PDF App-Analysen für 10. Oktober

Symptom Tracker: Diary & PDF is a simple, private symptom diary for anyone who needs to track when symptoms happen, how long they last, and what was going on at the time - the kind of log doctors often ask patients to keep. Log each entry with a start and end time (or mark it "Ongoing"), a free-text symptom description, frequency, and optional activity notes - no rigid picklists, just plain language. When you're ready for an appointment, export your full log as a clean, multi-page PDF you can print, email, or AirDrop to your doctor. - Track symptom, duration, frequency, and activity for each entry - Mark entries as ongoing or add an end time later - One-tap PDF export for doctor visits - All data stays on your device - nothing is collected, tracked, or uploaded - No account, no ads, no subscriptions Whether you're monitoring dizziness, palpitations, migraines, or any recurring symptom, Symptom Tracker helps you build a clear record instead of relying on memory.
