Techs can use the AppWork app to contact residents, upload photos/videos, add comments, complete tasks, and perform other simple actions. With AppWork, your maintenance team will have everything they need to get the job done efficiently and effectively. maintenance team can see which work orders, make readies, and inspections they have assigned to them. Our cloud-based system provides real-time updates and provides a central location for all communication between the managers, residents, and technicians. Also, through the app, they can contact the residents, upload photos, make comments, and mark work orders, make readies, and inspections as complete. NOTE: For the sake of data integrity, property managers using AppWork cannot complete work orders within the administration app. Only technicians can complete work orders through this app.
