Pushy - Push Ups Alarm App-Analysen für 30. September

ALARM THAT WON’T STOP UNTIL YOU DO PUSH-UPS Normal alarms don't get you out of bed, they are too easy to snooze and ignore. You tap, roll over, and wake up 40 minutes late again. Push-Ups Alarm (Pushy) only turns off after you do real push-ups in front of the camera. No fake taps, no cheating, no endless snoozing. The last alarm clock you’ll need if you oversleep, sleep through alarms, or feel dead tired in the morning. Simple idea. Brutally effective. 💪 PUSH-UP TO DISMISS ALARM Other alarm clocks rely on sound. Your brain learns to ignore them. Push-Ups Alarm adds movement. When the alarm rings, you must: 1. Put the phone on the floor facing you 2. Do your set of push-ups in front of the camera 3. Let the app count each rep automatically Only when you finish your reps does the alarm stop. The light exercise boosts blood flow, heart rate and alertness, so you’re less likely to crawl back into bed. All rep detection runs on your device. No videos are saved or uploaded. 💬 REAL RESULTS FROM USERS ✓ “First alarm that actually gets me out of bed.” ✓ “I finally stopped snoozing 6 times every morning.” ✓ “Feels horrible for 20 seconds, then I’m fully awake.” 🎯 TAILORED FOR YOUR MORNINGS • Chronic Snoozers If you always set 5 alarms and still wake up late, set just one Push-Ups Alarm with a small push-up goal. Even 5–10 reps is enough to break the snooze loop. • Heavy Sleepers Turn up the volume, place your phone across the room, and let the alarm force you to wake up. Your body has to move, not just your thumb. • Students & Busy Professionals Stop losing mornings to “just 10 more minutes”. Build a tiny morning discipline habit that compounds over time. • Fitness Beginners You don’t need to be strong. Start with knee push-ups or a raised surface (like a bench or bed edge) and low reps. You can increase slowly as you get used to it. You can even do sit ups. • Morning Workout Lovers Turn your alarm into the first mini-set of your day. Pair it with your existing gym routine or home workout. ⚡️ USER FAVORITE FEATURES • Camera-Counted Push-Ups No manual counting. The app tracks your movement on camera and counts reps automatically. • Adjustable Difficulty Choose how many push-ups you must complete. Start small (3–5) and increase when you’re ready. • Multiple Alarms Set alarms for workdays, weekends, naps or study sessions. Customize each with its own push-up goal. • Custom Alarm Sounds Choose from built-in sounds or import your own audio so you never ignore it. • Works Offline Alarms and rep counting work completely offline. Perfect if you keep your phone in airplane mode at night. • Privacy-Friendly Video never leaves your device. Detection runs locally; no videos are stored or uploaded to a server. • Oversleeping Focus Everything in the app is designed around one job: stop oversleeping and get you out of bed. No clutter, no extra noise. ⏱️ BEFORE PUSH-UPS ALARM VS. AFTER BEFORE: 7 alarms, 7 snoozes, scrolling half-asleep, rushing out the door AFTER: 1 alarm, 10 push-ups, fully awake, extra time in the morning BEFORE: Feeling guilty every day for oversleeping AFTER: Small win every morning, more control over your day BEFORE: Telling yourself “I’ll change tomorrow” AFTER: Actually changing your wake-up habit, one push-up at a time 💪 START YOUR MORNING STRONG Push-Ups Alarm is built by me, a solo developer who was tired of oversleeping and decided to fix it with code and push-ups.
