OFFBET — Gambling blocker App-Analysen für 6. Oktober

One button. Everything gambling is blocked. A SMALL SOCIAL PRICE. A 3-day trial, no card upfront. After that, a small licence price adjusted to each country's purchasing power — and free where paying is impossible: the poorest countries, sanctioned countries, addiction charities, and patients referred by a health professional. That price is not profit made from addiction: it pays for the daily updates to the blocking and a human team you can actually reach. Gambling operators have approached us more than once, with serious money on the table. The answer is not going to change. LOCAL. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE. The filter runs on the device. We never see the sites you visit, because they are never sent to us. We collect your first name and your email, and nothing else. Your connection keeps its full speed, and there is no server where your history could leak — because there is no history. OFFBET uses Android's VpnService only as an on-device DNS filter (a security app, no remote tunnel) — per Google Play's VpnService policy exception. THE DEEPEST BLOCKLIST IN THE WORLD. 704,000 gambling domains: casinos, sports betting, unlicensed offshore, social casinos, and mobile games built on gambling mechanics. We crawl the web continuously and the list updates several times a day. Your device downloads the full list, then every block happens locally, offline. That pace matters — block an operator and they open a new domain within the week. FIXED THE SAME DAY. On 15 August, two reports came in. A user in Portugal could not open his network settings. An Uber driver in Kampala could not update his app and was about to lose a night's work. Both were real bugs, both were fixed, tested and shipped the same day, with automated tests so they cannot come back quietly. Everything is built in-house and nothing is subcontracted, so the ticket, the diagnosis, the fix and the build are one working day. HUMAN. The live chat is not a bot. Someone reads it, someone answers — same day. The world room is moderated before messages appear, not after, because a person writing at 3am should not land on whatever automatic filtering let through. NOTHING TO CONFIGURE. Uninstall-proof and disable-proof, protected by a PIN, with an optional delay — a long wait, or locked for life. Holds against third-party VPNs, browser VPNs, in-app browsers, private DNS and Chrome's DNS-over-HTTPS. Add your own sites and apps on top of the list. Unlimited devices. AND IT KEEPS COMING. 34 languages. Android, Windows and Mac live, iOS on the way. A trusted person watching over you — up to three, therapist or charity included — alerted at the first sign of a bypass attempt. A shareable progress card that draws your protected days. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE OFFBET uses Android's AccessibilityService API. It reads on-screen content for two purposes only: to detect gambling sites opened in browsers and in in-app browsers that would otherwise bypass DNS filtering, and to detect attempts to switch the protection off so it can warn you and notify the trusted person you chose. It reads nothing else, keeps nothing, and sends nothing to any server. You turn it on yourself during setup and can turn it off at any time in Android settings.
