Get Blocked When Your Time Runs Out When you try to open a selected app without available screen time, ScrollFit encourages you to earn more. 3. Complete Your Exercises Use your phone's camera and AI-powered pose detection to perform exercises such as push-ups and squats. 4. Earn Screen Time Complete your reps to earn screen time. By default, each completed push-up or squat earns 1 minute of access. 5. Core app functionality is processed locally on your device.
