Customers have been requesting a Mini ITX version of the Black Box Nano since it was released. It is finally here. The BBX-1 offers a quick and easy way to install a self contained PC into the double DIN radio slot of your dash. The BBX-1 is compatible with the Lilliput EBY701 and 629GL and the Mini Touch 700. PLEASE NOTE: Like the Bybyte double DIN monitor frames this case is designed to be used with Metra and Schose trim kits. Although the BBX-1 will fit most mini ITX motherboards we suggest only low power embedded CPU platforms, like Intel ATOM based boards, be used with the case due to the confined space it requires and possible overheating issues. The control board of the 669 is to high to mount properly in the case with the lid in place. If you want to use the 669 you will have to notch the top of the case. You will also need the 669 H bracket, and if you are using the HDMI or DVI connections you will need a HDMI adapter. The Mini Touch 700 kit offers an easy alternative for a high bright screen that fits properly into the case.
