You can use it in individual mode for an intimate session at your own pace, or in collective mode, designed for couples, families, support groups, or guided settings where multiple people want to listen to different perspectives on the same situation. What you can do: Explore cards for feelings, physical sensations, emotions, needs, resources, and empowering phrases. Create a step-by-step session and save the final board. Pin cards that help you understand a situation. View your progress and history of completed sessions. Set local reminders if you want to practice again. Export or delete your data directly from the app. Your session information is stored locally on your device. You do not need to create an account to use the app, and your sessions are not sent to external servers. This app is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or emergency care.
