RAMS Mate™ helps businesses, contractors, tradespeople, site managers, superintendents, supervisors and self-employed professionals create, manage and share safety documents from one practical app. Create project-specific RAMS, JSA and JHA documents through a guided workflow covering project details, workforce information, competencies, method statements, risk assessments, permits, access, tools, equipment, materials, hazardous substances, environmental controls, emergency arrangements, inspections, completion and handover. WHITE-LABEL COMPANY BRANDING Add your company name, logo and contact details, then apply your chosen branding to professional PDF documents. RAMS Mate™ supports your own business identity, helping you issue documents that look like they came from your company. INTERNATIONAL TERMINOLOGY RAMS Mate™ supports internationally familiar safety terminology, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). It is suitable for users working across international markets. FASTER INPUT WITH SPEECH-TO-TEXT Use speech-to-text when completing longer document fields, helping you capture information quickly on site without typing every word manually. WORKFORCE AND COMPETENCY EVIDENCE Create workforce records and attach competency evidence such as trade cards, qualifications, licences, certificates, training records and supporting documents. Evidence can be linked to RAMS records and included in custom share packages. PAT, ELECTRICAL TESTING AND CHEMICAL SAFETY RECORDS Attach and share PAT certificates or equivalent portable electrical equipment testing records. Add COSHH assessments, chemical risk assessments, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), supporting images, PDFs and ZIP files. Keep key safety evidence together with the relevant RAMS, JSA or JHA documents. PROFESSIONAL PDF OUTPUT Generate clear PDF documents with structured sections, branded headers, document control, author and reviewer details, approvals, method statements, risk assessments, sign-off areas and workforce communication records. CUSTOM SHARE PACKAGES Share RAMS with competency evidence, competency evidence only, PAT or electrical testing records, COSHH or chemical risk documents, SDS files and other supporting attachments. Build a custom package so the recipient receives the documents relevant to the job. PRACTICAL RISK ASSESSMENT TOOLS Use built-in hazard prompts, mark hazards as applicable or not applicable, add project-specific hazards, record risk ratings, enter controls and define further actions. Save useful custom hazards for future documents while keeping assessments editable. METHOD STATEMENT SUPPORT Structure work activities into logical sections including management and supervision, pre-start requirements, methodology and sequence, permits and approvals, access and security, tools and equipment, materials and substances, environmental controls, emergencies, inspections, testing, completion and reinstatement. OFFLINE-FIRST WORKING RAMS Mate™ works without requiring a user account or permanent internet connection. Records are stored locally on your device, making the app useful for site work, small businesses, independent contractors and teams that prefer an offline workflow. USEFUL ACROSS MANY SECTORS Although especially useful for construction, maintenance, engineering and the trades, RAMS Mate™ can support safety documentation across facilities management, manufacturing, events, film and television production, logistics, property services, utilities, data centres, cleaning, installation work and many other business activities. RAMS Mate™ is a safety-documentation support tool. It does not replace competent professional judgement, legal duties, site-specific assessments, current legislation, client requirements, company procedures, permits, manufacturer instructions or other mandatory controls. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving all documents before use.
