Scout8 app analytics for October 14

Hiring, mutual. Scout is a two-sided hiring app. Job seekers swipe on jobs. Employers swipe on candidates. When both sides like each other, it's a match — and the conversation starts. No cover letters. No application black hole. No ghosting by design. — FOR JOB SEEKERS — • Build a profile once. Use it everywhere. • Drop in a résumé and Scout fills in the rest. • Swipe through jobs hand-picked by our match engine — based on what you've actually done, not just keywords. • See the role, the company, the location, the must-haves. Decide in seconds. • When an employer swipes back, you've matched. Chat opens. Schedule an interview in-app. • Free, always. — FOR EMPLOYERS — • Post a role in minutes. • Swipe through candidates who already said they want the job. • Track everyone in one place: Match → Replied → Interview → Offer. • Schedule interviews without leaving the app. • Outcome-priced. No subscription. No per-seat fees. You only pay when you actually hire someone through Scout. — WHY MUTUAL? — Traditional hiring is one-sided: candidates apply, employers ignore. Scout requires a yes from both. That means no wasted applications, no wasted screening calls, no one talking past each other. When you match on Scout, both sides have already said: yes, I'm interested. — BUILT FOR REAL HIRING — • AI match engine that reads skills, experience, and what each side actually wants • In-app scheduling with calendar and video • Employer Kanban to move candidates from match to offer • Available on iOS and on the web Scout is built by people who hated hiring on both sides of the table. Mutual, fast, respectful — the way it should have been all along. Questions? scout-us.com/support Privacy: scout-us.com/privacy
