The cows are antibiotic free and are 100% grass fed, and the resulting milk is as nutritious as it is delicious. Raw milk from cows with the A2A2 protein does not contain A1 beta-casein proteins which are typically associated with lactose intolerance and gut inflammation. Most commercial dairies have cows with a mix of A1 and A2 cows, but the milk used in this Alpine Heritage Creamery cheese is lab tested and 100% A2.
