SpinopelvicCalc is an educational tool designed to assist in the visualization and understanding of sagittal spinopelvic alignment through radiographic analysis. The app allows users to analyze both lumbosacral and full-spine radiographs, facilitating a structured approach to key alignment parameters and morphological patterns. It is intended for educational use, supporting spine surgeons, residents, and trainees in the study of sagittal balance and its components. Key features Radiographic Analysis Evaluate lumbosacral and panoramic (full-spine) radiographs in a simple and intuitive workflow. Spinopelvic Parameters Visualize and explore key parameters such as pelvic incidence (PI), pelvic tilt (PT), sacral slope (SS), and lumbar lordosis (LL). Alignment Comparison Compare current alignment with reference alignment values to better understand sagittal balance relationships. Lumbar Curve Morphology Identify the lumbar apex and explore sagittal alignment patterns based on established concepts such as the Roussouly classification. Step-by-Step Landmark Guidance Guided point placement to support consistent and reproducible radiographic assessment.
