THE SCORECARD A score out of 100, banded Unsafe to Excellent, across four competencies: Communication, Clinical Workup, Clinical Thinking, and Approach to Treatment — with the critical points you missed spelled out, and why each one mattered. Over 100 cases, easy to hard, across 17 specialties, filterable by difficulty. Question banks test recall. Here, nothing is handed to you: the history exists only if you ask for it, the image means nothing until you read it, and the diagnosis only counts if you reached it without five options in front of you.
