طورت بوابة "متصل" لتكون البوابة الموحدة لخدمات هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية لتخدم البوابة عدة مستفيدين على مستوى الأفراد او الجهات الخاصة او الحكومية بهدف تحسين جودة وكفاءة الخدمات الإلكترونية ورفع مستوى رضا المستفيدين وتوحيد التجربة الرقمية للمستفيد بشكل حديث ومميز.
