Order Accept Assistant: Safety & Accessibility Support for Delivery PartnersAbout the App: In the highly competitive delivery and bike-taxi industry, every second counts. Missing an order due to a slight delay can significantly impact a partner's earnings. This challenge is even greater for partners who face physical limitations, such as:•Slow reaction times.•Motor impairments (difficulty with hand or finger movements).•Visual challenges in identifying small UI elements while on the move.Order Accept Assistant is an assistive technology designed to provide an equal opportunity to all partners, ensuring that health-related challenges or physical disabilities do not become a barrier to their work and livelihood. How we use the AccessibilityService API: To provide a safe and accessible experience, our app uses the AccessibilityService API for the following purposes:1.Safety First: It helps riders stay focused on the road. Instead of struggling to spot and click a small button while driving in traffic, the service assists by identifying and interacting with the 'Accept' button on behalf of the rider.2.Assistive Interaction: For partners with motor impairments or slow response times, the service performs the physical "click" action on the screen when an order arrives, leveling the playing field and reducing the physical strain of precise clicking.3.User-Driven Control: Privacy and control are paramount. Granting permission is only the first step; the service only starts functioning when the user manually toggles it "ON" from the app dashboard. You are always in control of when the assistance is active.Privacy & Security Commitment: We value your privacy. The Accessibility Service is used strictly for the assistive functions mentioned above:•No Data Collection: We do not read, collect, or share your personal data, screen content, messages, or contact information.•Limited Scope: The service only looks for the 'Accept' button within delivery applications and does not monitor any other apps or background activities.•No Internet Transmission: All processing occurs locally on your device. No information is ever transmitted to any server.
