Ghost Seeker: SLS Camera & Paranormal Detection 👻🔍 Ghost Seeker runs real-time computer vision on your camera feed, mapping human-like figures, body shapes and facial patterns directly onto your screen. It's the same principle behind the Kinect-based SLS rigs used on paranormal investigations — without the $500 hardware. Whether you're a seasoned paranormal investigator working a known location or just curious about the dark corner of your own house, Ghost Seeker gives you a real ghost detector and the footage to review afterwards. 📡 HOW IT WORKS * 🦴 Real-Time Figure Mapping — The detection model tracks skeletal and full-body forms in your environment, drawing them live over your camera view. Movement, posture and position update continuously, so you can watch how a figure behaves rather than just noting that something appeared. * 👤 Human Shape Segmentation — Highlights figure-like outlines and silhouettes, including in low light. Forms stand out against dark backgrounds, which is where most investigations actually happen. * 🎭 Face Detection & Tracking — Identifies and tracks face-like patterns in frame. Useful for mirrors, windows, doorways and reflective surfaces where facial forms tend to show up. * 🌘 Blackout Mode — Hides the camera preview and shows only the detection overlays. Cuts screen glare on location, preserves your night vision, and keeps your session discreet in the dark. * 🎛️ Full Detection Control — Toggle each mode independently. Run figure mapping on its own, stack all three, or isolate exactly what you want to test. 🎥 RECORD, REVIEW, SHARE Record your entire session and go back through the footage afterwards — the real work of any paranormal investigation happens on the replay, not in the moment. Export and share whatever you capture. No paywall on recording. No export limits. No watermark upsell. ⚠️ BEING STRAIGHT WITH YOU SLS-style spirit detection reacts to shapes that resemble a human form. Coat racks, chair backs, folds in curtains, patterned wallpaper and stacked boxes will all trigger figures from time to time. That is how structured-light detection works — including on the $500 hardware rigs — and any ghost hunting app claiming otherwise isn't being honest with you. Your job as the investigator is to rule out the explainable ones. Ghost Seeker gives you the tool and the footage; the interpretation is yours. A stable, well-formed figure holding position in a clean room is worth your attention. A flicker across patterned wallpaper isn't. That's not a limitation we're apologising for. It's what separates an investigation tool from a jump-scare app. 🧭 WHERE TO USE IT Abandoned buildings, historic sites, hotels with a reputation, battlefields, your own house at 3am. Solo sessions or group ghost hunts. Paranormal investigations, urban exploration, late-night curiosity, or finally settling an argument about the room nobody likes. ⭐ WHY GHOST SEEKER * Built and updated continuously by an independent developer since 2023 * Rated 4.5 stars by over 700 investigators * No subscription — an optional one-time purchase removes ads * Updated regularly based on user feedback, and we answer our reviews 📋 IMPORTANT NOTICE Ghost Seeker is intended for entertainment, exploration and curiosity purposes.
