This permission is required for the core app-blocking functionality to work. No personal data is collected, stored, or shared through the Accessibility Service. VPN Service: Scute uses a local VPN service to block access to specific websites configured by the user. The VPN runs entirely on-device — no internet traffic is routed to external servers.
