Challengize is a social, modern and 100% digital team health Challenge where all forms of activity count. Cycling or yoga. Walking or tennis. Running or aerobics. The smart and scientific Challenge Points system rewards you for who you are and what you have done. So put focus on healthy everyday exercise, team-building and in creating a healthy corporate culture in your organisation. No matter where in the world you are. Challengize integrates with Apple Health and creates Challenge Points for your workouts registered in Apple Health. TAILORED TO FIT YOUR NEEDS You decide when you want to start and finish your Challenge. We recommend about 6-10 weeks per Challenge. It’s better to do several Challenges during the year and in between launch health tips, training groups, lectures etc. Just divide into teams that fit your organisation and get ready for an active adventure.
