MandelKit: Fractal Explorer app analytics for October 8

Explore infinite Mandelbrot and Julia fractals on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. MandelKit combines native Apple Metal rendering, arbitrary-precision deep zoom, expressive 2D color, illuminated 3D relief, and huge tiled exports in one creative studio. ZOOM BEYOND ORDINARY LIMITS • Explore Mandelbrot, Julia, Burning Ship, Multibrot, Multijulia, and Multicorn formulas. • Navigate smoothly with mouse, trackpad, touch, or exact high-precision coordinates. • Continue deep into structures that exceed ordinary floating-point precision. • Watch progressive rendering refine the visible image while you work. CREATE A DISTINCTIVE LOOK • Choose independent exterior and interior color sources. • Use built-in or custom gradients, cyclic palettes, potential coloring, domain coloring, interference, orbit traps, and more. • Add contours, field lines, distance bands, ambient occlusion, boundary glow, curvature, textures, and coordinated style presets. • Fine-tune supersampling and detail-preserving filters. SCULPT FRACTALS IN 3D • Turn fractal measurements into an illuminated height field. • Move the relief camera independently from fractal navigation. • Adjust height, smoothing, material, directional or point light, and horizon. SAVE, SHARE, AND EXPORT • Save exact regions with coordinates, colors, effects, lighting, and 3D camera settings. • Keep private regions synchronized through iCloud when you choose. • Publish a separate public copy only after explicit confirmation, or share privately by link. • Export PNG, JPEG, or TIFF while preserving the visible composition. • On Mac, create disk-backed tiled 2D exports up to 100,000 × 100,000 pixels—even beyond the maximum size of a single Metal texture. MandelKit includes a complete in-app manual and a carefully adapted interface for Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
