Jorxo is a Sugar Pull Archive for candy-pull artisans. Each pull is stamped as a structured batch: recipe card amounts, bench climate (°C and % RH), pulling-track times, success or failure verdict, failure reasons, bench notes, and process photos. Review which recipes stay stable in the Ideal Pulling Zone (about 18–24°C, RH under 50%) and reuse keepers from your Snapshot Cabinet.
