What you can do with freddy: - Connect your wearables, rings, CGMs, training platforms, and more in a few taps. - Ask any AI assistant about your health and training data, in any conversation. - Keep your data current automatically as your devices sync. - See everything you have connected, and when each source last synced. freddy works with the AI assistants you already use. It does not lock you into one app or one AI, and you stay in control of what you connect.
