Spotahome for Landlords 앱 분석 (10월 12일)

At Spotahome, our goal is to help people spend time on what they love. Now, you can rent out your properties online without the need for in-person visits. Want to spend more time with your kids instead of showing your apartments for rent? Are you travelling and can’t schedule visits? Do you work all day and don’t have time to show your rooms for rent? Don’t worry, the stress is over and the housing market has never been easier to navigate. Now you can rent out your property from your phone - the fastest way on the market. We create listings that are so accurate that tenants can book their next home without having to go there in person. The process is simple, free, and the only visit you will have to schedule is with one our Homecheckers. We take care of the rest. How does it work? The Homechecker will take high-quality photos, 360° images, accurate floor plans, and a professional video tour of your property. Their material is then sent to our Copywriters who describe everything from the interior of your property, right down to the vibe of the local neighbourhood. We include practical information about landlord policies, utilities, tenant preferences and house rules. That way, landlords and tenants both know that they are the right fit for each other. We know that it’s important for you to be able to choose the right tenant. That’s why we ask them to provide information about themselves, and that’s why you have 12 working hours to accept or reject a booking request. We are working hard to bring you digital products that change your life as a landlord. That’s why we improve and update our product on a daily basis. We work for you and would love to continue hearing your feedback. If you like our App, please leave us a rating. We love to know how we help you manage your rentals.
