Living With app connects people to their clinicians in order to monitor condition activity, episodes, medication and more. The app provides educational resources and self-care programmes. It enables you to track personal trends and triggers, which may help in managing your condition. Availability of features depends on the services your clinic provides. Examples include physical exercises, recording medication, monitoring weight, following programmes for managing fatigue, pain, breathing, stress & anxiety or sleep. Designed with patients and clinicians working in the NHS.
