S.M.S by KeyTech is a mobile application designed for three types of users: Property/Facility Management, Occupants of the property, and Members of staff working at the property. Management and operations staff use S.M.S to run the day-to-day security and administration of the property: Broadcast Alerts – send important community-wide alert messages to all occupants Complaints – review and respond to complaints submitted by tenants Community Chat – communicate directly with occupants of the property Feedback – view feedback submitted by tenants about the property Emergency Support – respond to emergency calls raised by occupants Requests – review and process tenant requests such as fit-out and vacate notices Incident Reporting – log and track security incidents on site Patrolling – manage and record security patrol routes and checkpoints Occupancy Management – manage occupant records, companies, and documentation for the property Person of Interest – review messages left by tenants for their visitors Document & Vehicle Updates – review and approve updated tenancy agreements, identification documents, and vehicle registrations submitted by tenants OCCUPANT Occupants use S.M.S while at the property for: Broadcast Messages – receive important alert messages concerning their multi-communal property Complaints – submit any type of complaint about the property from home Feedback – leave feedback comments about the property management Emergency Support – call for security assistance when needed Vacate Request – notify management of the intention to leave the property Update Tenancy Agreement – renew or update a tenancy agreement from the app when it expires Update Vehicle Registration – add or update vehicle registration details to use the parking area Update Identification – update identification details when requested by facility management Person of Interest – leave a message for visitors, to be relayed by the property management when they arrive MEMBER (STAFF) Security officers and other staff members working at the property use S.M.S for: Check In/Out – check in and out of duty with location and time recorded automatically Member Chat – communicate directly with colleagues and management Work Calendar – view shift schedules and monthly attendance summaries Requests – submit requests such as time off or schedule changes to management
