TransformationBuddy app analytics for October 11

TransformationBuddy is a calm, consistency-first sidekick for a body transformation. A transformation is a marathon, so this app is built so that one bad day can't end it. Three separate streak chains, a weight chart that trusts the trend over the number, and a journal that asks what actually happened. THREE CHAINS, NOT ONE Daily, weekly and monthly streaks run at the same time. Miss three days and log once, and the weekly chain survives. That's the honest way to model a year-long project. Back-filled days count, and no streak can shame you. DAY 1 STAYS ON THE LEFT Your first front and side photos are pinned on the left, forever. Every new check-in lands on the right, with the weight difference between them. A timeline strip lets you hold any past date against Day 1. THE TREND, NOT THE NUMBER Raw weigh-ins are dots. The bold line is a 7-day trend drawn against your goal, so water weight stops being a mood. A trend-low readout gives you a number that only moves when something real changed. A JOURNAL THAT ASKS BETTER QUESTIONS Weight and tape measurements, yes, but also mood, energy, sleep, water, workouts, and a 1-to-5 cravings scale that asks for a note at every level: what triggered it on a hard day, what was different on a calm one. Rotating reflection prompts, a non-scale victory box, and one thing for tomorrow. PROGRESS YOU CAN SHARE A progress-post-style summary (age, height, start, now, weeks) you can copy anywhere, plus CSV and JSON export of everything you've logged. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads. Everything lives on your phone. Optional Face ID lock keeps your photos out of the app switcher. Built by one person, bought once. Made for anyone losing weight, building muscle, or just trying to keep showing up. Start with whichever entry you'd actually write tonight.
