Most AI tools were built using data from the internet. Ash is a specialist AI in human psychology trained on a large-scale data set of proprietary expert data to draw from established techniques used in therapy (cbt/cognitive behavioral therapy, dbt/dialectical behavior therapy, ifs/internal family systems, act, somatic therapy, etc.).
