Some dive schools suggest a refresher if you have not dived within six months,especially if you have less than 20-lifetime dives. If you have an extensive diving log,you may not need to consider a refresher unless it has been more than a year sinceyour last dive.   When was the last time you breathed underwater? If the answer is "too long ago", you might want to consider taking our refresher course. A short review of all the basic scuba diving procedures is all you need to get backunderwater in complete confidence.   What to Expect from the PADI refresher diving course? During this brief pool training, our PADI instructor will reintroduce you to all the basicdiving notions and safety instructions you need to be familiar with when diving.
