It is a simple way to see how your body is responding to mental, emotional, and physical load. This is more than a pulse check. It gives you extra context about stress, recovery, and readiness, so you can choose what may help most right now: breathing, meditation, a short reset, or more rest. HRV has roots in space medicine and is now widely used in athlete recovery and performance monitoring. In Norbu, this becomes practical biofeedback for everyday life: a clearer signal from your body in a format that is easy to use.
