KAPS APP app analytics for October 16

KAPS simplifies your urban mobility experience by bringing advanced parking management and seamless payment solutions directly to your smartphone. Designed for convenience, speed, and reliability, the KAPS app eliminates the traditional hurdles of parking, allowing you to focus on your journey rather than the logistics of entry and exit. 1. Digital Onboarding and the Virtual A-Card The moment you download the KAPS app, you are issued a virtual A-card. This digital identifier serves as your primary pass for all KAPS-enabled sites. By moving the A-card to your mobile device, you no longer need to worry about losing physical cards or managing multiple paper tickets. Your account is unified, secure, and always accessible. 2. Real-Time Parking Availability Stop wasting time and fuel searching for a spot. The app provides a live view of available parking slots near your current location. By checking the app before you arrive, you can plan your trip with precision and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly where to park. 3. Frictionless Payments KAPS offers multiple ways to settle your parking fees: - QR Code Payments: Use the built-in scanner to pay for your session by scanning the QR code on your parking ticket or at the exit point. - Automatic Entry and Exit: For a truly hands-free experience, enable automatic payments. Your A-card will be recognized at KAPS sites, allowing the system to log your entry and process your payment automatically upon exit. 4. Meet Proximo: AI-Powered Assistance Get the answers you need without waiting on hold. The KAPS app features Proximo, an integrated AI chat assistant designed to provide immediate support. Whether you have a question about specific site rates, need help navigating the app features, or require troubleshooting assistance, Proximo is available 24/7 to provide intelligent, real-time responses. 5.
