Training plan for cyclists, triathletes, swimmers and runners - optimise and adapt your training after each session. Use 2PEAK to generate an individual and dynamic training plan for triathlon, cycling or running. The training plan adapts to your time budget and changes after each training session you were unable to complete on schedule. 2PEAK optimises your training according to your goals and follows you if you cannot follow the plan. WHY 2PEAK? Whether you have many years of training experience or have just started a regular training programme, 2PEAK optimises your training according to the time you have and follows your goals. 2PEAK is DYNAMIC (adapts to changes in your programme) and ADAPTIVE (adapts to deviations from your goals, regardless of whether you can/should train more or less intensively than you set out to). Controls the intensity and volume of training via heart rate, pace or power (for both running and cycling). Upload workouts from the app to your Garmin Watch or Apple Watch. Synchronise your plan with Garmin Connect, Suunto, Polar and many others and upload completed workouts directly to your training diary. Training plans for Ironman, ultra and sprint races, marathons, half marathons or Olympic triathlons. OPTIMISE YOUR TRAINING Make the most of your training budget and always train to the exact extent your body needs. The plan analyses your performance and automatically sets the amount and intensity of training. Furthermore, the intensity of completed workouts is automatically analysed and subsequent sessions are adjusted accordingly. The 2PEAK training plan also recognises your strengths and weaknesses and allows you to work on and develop them. DYNAMIC AND ADAPTIVE TRAINING PLAN Our plans are DYNAMIC (they adapt immediately to your programme changes) and ADAPTIVE (they adapt to the deviations you make, regardless of whether you have trained more or less intensively than specified) - just like a real coach who accompanies you on a daily basis. To improve, you need to find the right mix of quantity and quality. The right training load for you is the one that allows you to maximise the training stimulus and recover sufficiently.
