Job Development: Using information from the employment play, the Employment Specialist assists the individual with the job search process by exploring the community together to identify possible job matches. The Employment Specialist will assist with the application process by helping to complete job applications and going through the interviewing phase. The Employment Specialist works closely with the potential employer and acts as a trusted resource to ensure a successful match. Employment Supports: The Employment Specialist is available to provide on-site individual supports when a good match occurs.
