90%В августе 2025 года на БЖД было допущено два серьёзных нарушения безопасности движения поездов, классифицируемых как события, связанные с нарушением правил безопасности движения и эксплуатации железнодорожного транспорта. Причём данные происшествия имели место на протяжении короткого периода времени — в течение трёх суток. Так, 24 августа 2025 года на станции Орша-Восточная (Минское отделение БЖД — НОД-1) при выполнении маневровой работы допущен сход маневрового тепловоза всеми (шестью) колёсными парами. Около 12 часов дня при выезде маневрового локомотива ЧМЭ3 ПМС-78 с четырьмя вагонами, прицепленными спереди, машинист локомотива не произвёл остановку перед ручным стрелочным переводом № 110 для проверки его положения и плотности прилегания
