| Title: Account co-ordinator The Role   A client in the consumer services industry is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the team for 6 months.   You will support a portfolio of client partners, acting as a key point of contact to ensure they maximise their success. Reporting into the partnerships team, you will help resolve operational issues, provide product education, and contribute to improving partner experience and account management processes.   Responsibilities Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of restaurant partners and provide ongoing account support. Resolve operational and technical issues, assisting with account updates, platform changes, and partner enquiries. Deliver guidance on products, tools, and platform features through personalised and large-scale communications. Monitor partner feedback, identify trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery.   Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, account management, vendor management, sales, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders across multiple channels. Experience in a Retail or Grocery industry (a plus) Strong customer service mindset with proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.   Details: Start date: October 1 2026 Duration: 6 months Day rate: £180 PAYE Location: London (Hybrid)
