Project Team: Wenfei Xu, Stuart Lynn, Mamata Akella, Devon Hopkins This is a project created through CARTO that looks at how we can use cell phone to better understand how people use public space. Using a hierarchical clustering algorithm called HDBSCAN, I created "hotspots" of areas where people gather in Manhattan and Brooklyn and analyzed how these patterns change throughout time.
