Inside the inFOCUS Testing Process As we move closer to the next stage of our inFOCUS rollout this summer, a huge amount of work is happening behind the scenes. But we’re not developing this in isolation! It’s a process shaped by real users, real workflows and real feedback from across the London Market. From early demos to live usability testing sessions, we’ve been working closely with brokers and market participants to make sure inFOCUS delivers where it matters most. Starting with Real Conversations: Demos Across the Market Over the past few months, we’ve been running demos with brokers and partners across the market. The response has been consistent and we've seen there’s a clear appetite for: Simpler onboarding Clearer, more structured contract data Better visibility across the business These sessions have also been invaluable in telling us what works, what doesn’t and what’s missing. We really appreciate the level of openness from everyone involved in the demos and testing. It’s enabling us to build something genuinely useful, not just theoretically better! Live User Testing with Future Processing A key milestone in the process has been our live usability testing sessions, delivered in collaboration with our development partner Future Processing. The goal was to see how intuitive our inFOCUS platform really is when people use it for the first time. The feedback has been hugely valuable.
