The set includes four highly coveted Crystal-type cards, featuring arguably the most popular Pokémon in the franchise: Charizard. The box contains 36 booster packs, each with nine cards. In addition to the booster packs, these boxes contain a box topper featuring different Crystal-type cards. The following year, 1880, would see Shield nickel coinage decline further to just 16,000 pieces. The current 1879 example is near-Mint, with satiny and slightly textured surfaces that complement a bold strike.
