The Kinsman Free Public Library meeting rooms are available to residents and organizations of Trumbull County for public gatherings of civic, cultural or educational nature. The meeting room will not be available for the economic benefit of private individuals or of commercial concerns, or when in the judgement of the Director the purpose or result of such use is inconsistent with the purpose of this institution.Responsible parties (applicants) must be at least 18 years of age.All meetings should be concluded at least 30 minutes prior to the time that the Library closes. Attendees should be informed of Library operating hours and advised that they must leave the building by Library closing time.Priority will be given to the Library when a request is made by a party who wishes to use a Library meeting room at the same time as or at a time that conflicts with a scheduled Library program.  Please carefully read and take note of all REGULATIONS below. To request reservations of Library meeting rooms, please stop in or email reference@kinsmanlibrary.org to receive a Reservation Request Form. Forms must be completed by the responsible person(s) who is requesting to use the space. Completed forms may be faxed to (330) 876-3335, attn: Director, or e-mailed to reference@kinsmanlibrary.org.
