This is a unique vegan alternative to caviar that's made from seaweed. It looks and tastes like the real thing, but of course, it's vegan! Tosago is formulated to mimic masago and tobiko! These still have the unmistakable "pop" consistency. The orange Tosago® is sweet, salty and crispy to give your vegan dishes an extra dimension. Since it does not discolor and bleed into dishes the way traditional caviar does you may add to your appetizer or use as an exceptional garnish. Also, it does not go rancid or change in taste after opening the jar, making it so that unlike real fish caviar, you do not need to consume it all immediately, and have up to 3 months freshness.  These are environmentally friendly, sustainable and even vegan – that’s the future!
