［知財授業の内容］ ※知財授業は無料です。※プロジェクター・スクリーンなどの投影機材を準備いただく必要があります。 １.小学生高学年向け（寸劇形式） 小学生向けの知財授業では、子どもたちにいくつかの発明品を創出してもらうことにより、物づくりの楽しさ、素晴らしさを実体験してもらうとともに、その発明品に詰め込まれたアイデアが世の中の不便を大きく解消し、貴重な財産となることを学んでもらいます。また、寸劇などを交えながら、アイデアの中には無断で他人のものを、まねしてはいけないものがあるなどアイデアを尊重する心を養ってもらい、世の中にはこれらを守る仕組み（特許制度）があることを理解してもらいます。 ２.中学生向け（寸劇形式） 中学生向けの知財授業では、寸劇などでより具体的な事例を取り上げながら、子どもたちに発明者や模倣者など対立する立場からディスカッションをしてもらい、発明者を守る制度（特許制度）の必要性やその仕組み、特許制度に基づく弁理士の役割についても学んでもらいます。 ３.高校生向け（寸劇形式） 高校生向けの知財授業では、「特許請求の範囲」などの専門用語を使用しながら、特許を取得するための手続きや要件を説明します。その後、特許紛争事件を題材に、特許を侵害しているかどうかを判断するための手法、特許を取得していることによって得られる利益などを説明し、特許制度への理解を深めます。 ４.中学生・高校生向け（講義形式） 中学生・高校生向けの知財授業（講義形式による発明事例紹介）では、特許制度だけでなく、意匠制度や商標制度を併せて学べるコンテンツも準備しています。また、特許情報プラットフォーム（J-PlatPat）を使った特許・商標情報検索や弁理士の職業紹介など、個別のご要望に応じて授業を進めることも可能です。 ［発明工作授業の内容］ ※発明工作授業は材料費をご負担いただく必要があります ５.小学生高学年・中学生・高校生向け（回転台）
